Principal's Welcome! I.S. 206 Ann Mersereau is home to a community where every student belongs, and every student is known. From the moment they walk through our doors, students find adults who are invested in their success - not only in the classroom, but in who they are becoming as people. We work hard to build a school where differences are embraced; struggles are met with encouragement, and each young person discovers just how far their potential can take them. Our goal goes beyond academics: we want students to leave here with the confidence to imagine big futures for themselves and the grit to chase them. We hold high expectations for kindness, effort, respect for self and others, and growth, and we walk alongside every learner as they find their voice and their path forward. We believe in empowering students to take ownership of their learning while developing the skills and confidence needed to succeed in high school and beyond.
